Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables.
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer guest questions knowledgeably.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with courtesy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
