As our SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies that boost visibility, improve search rankings, and increase conversion rates. You will work closely with content teams, web developers, and stakeholders to ensure technical excellence and content relevance. Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Conduct deep keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze SEO metrics (SERP rankings, traffic, bounce rates, conversion rates) using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure all copy is optimized for search engines and user intent.
- Perform regular technical audits and resolve crawlability or indexing issues to improve site performance.
- Build and manage high-quality backlink strategies to improve domain authority.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithm updates and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SEO management.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic website architecture as it relates to SEO.
- Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and managing large-scale link-building campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills to effectively report progress to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
