Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications tailored to BPO industry needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Stay updated with emerging web technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in web development, with a focus on BPO or similar industries.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Strong back-end development skills using Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar languages.
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
