Responsibility
- Analyze and assess regional delivery processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives that enhance client outcomes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics and project milestones.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and meetings to gather requirements, align priorities, and ensure seamless project execution.
- Act as a liaison between regional and global teams to ensure consistency in delivery standards and best practices.
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning for regional projects to minimize disruptions and maximize success.
- Support the adoption of new technologies and tools to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present insights, recommendations, and progress updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or operational delivery, preferably within the financial services or investment management industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience working in a regional or global capacity, with a deep understanding of cultural nuances and business practices in Asia.
- Familiarity with Agile or Lean methodologies and process improvement frameworks.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration.
