Responsibility
- Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the development and execution of enterprise-wide innovation and product capability strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise products, from ideation to deployment, with a focus on scalability and user-centric design.
- AI & Digital Transformation: Drive the integration of AI and emerging technologies to enhance product offerings and operational efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across departments (IT, Operations, Marketing) to deliver cohesive, high-impact solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and maximize ROI on product investments.
- Team Development: Mentor and lead a high-performing team of product managers, innovators, and technologists.
- Market & Trend Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to inform product roadmaps.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present progress, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and external partners.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced technical certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years in product management, innovation, or enterprise technology, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML, SaaS platforms, agile methodologies, and digital transformation frameworks.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute long-term product and innovation strategies.
- Leadership Skills: Strong track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
- Analytical Mindset: Data-driven decision-making with proficiency in KPIs, metrics, and business intelligence tools.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with edtech, fintech, or enterprise solutions is highly desirable.
