Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain secure IT environments to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system access and navigation.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement and update security protocols.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Certifications in IT security or system administration are a plus.
