Responsibility
- Lead and manage server infrastructure projects from planning to delivery.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and vendor teams to ensure timely and efficient server deployments.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Optimize server performance, scalability, and reliability through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and project scope.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in server infrastructure management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical project management, preferably in server infrastructure or cloud computing.
- Strong understanding of server hardware, networking, and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or IT infrastructure (CCNA, MCSE) are a plus.
