Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy automated workflows to streamline business processes using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), UiPath, or Power Automate.
- Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and propose scalable automation solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement tailored automation scripts.
- Monitor and maintain automated systems, troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance.
- Document workflows, processes, and technical specifications for future reference and training.
- Integrate disparate software applications (e.g., CRM, ERP, or project management tools) to ensure seamless data flow.
- Stay updated on emerging automation technologies and recommend best practices to the team.
- Provide training and support to end-users on automated tools and processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in workflow automation, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), or business process optimization.
- Proficiency in automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar.
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data integration principles.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or SQL) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to map complex processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
