As a Senior Warehouse Assistant, you will oversee inventory management, coordinate logistics, and ensure efficient warehouse operations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and maintain high standards of organization and safety. Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize delivery schedules and reduce transit times.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and efficiency.
- Utilize warehouse management software to track inventory and generate reports.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and manage stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
- Familiarity with the East/West/North-East regions of Bali is advantageous.
