Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes.
- Perform routine quality checks on products to maintain high standards and compliance with company policies.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to minimize workplace hazards.
- Assist in the setup, adjustment, and maintenance of production equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Document production data, including output levels, defects, and downtime, for reporting purposes.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with company guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with production machinery.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required.
