Responsibility
- Oversee daily branch operations, including inventory management, logistics coordination, and customer service delivery.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of branch staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor and optimize supply chain processes to minimize delays and reduce operational costs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and local agricultural partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, sales targets, and operational metrics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in branch operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in the agribusiness or manufacturing sector.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with inventory management software.
- Knowledge of agricultural products, supply chain processes, and regulatory compliance is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
