Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess stock and storage costs.
- Prepare and maintain accurate logistics documentation, including shipping orders, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Track shipments in real-time using logistics software and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain and propose actionable solutions to improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including safety and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast logistics needs and align operations with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics coordination, supply chain management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with vendors, clients, and team members.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and incoterms.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and cost reduction.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
