Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for heavy equipment and vehicle operators, ensuring alignment with industry standards and company policies.
- Conduct practical and theoretical assessments to evaluate operator competencies, providing constructive feedback for skill development.
- Ensure all training activities comply with local and international safety regulations, including OSHA, ISO, and company-specific protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions to address skill gaps.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, assessments, and certifications, ensuring full traceability and compliance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in heavy equipment and vehicle operations.
- Mentor and coach operators to enhance their technical skills, safety awareness, and operational efficiency.
- Participate in safety audits and incident investigations, providing recommendations to improve training effectiveness and prevent future occurrences.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy equipment (e.g., excavators, loaders, cranes) or commercial vehicle operations (e.g., trucks, transport logistics).
- Proven track record as a Trainer, Assessor, or Supervisor in a manufacturing, transport, or logistics environment.
- Certification in vocational training (e.g., TAE, NVQ, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001) and operational compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams.
- Familiarity with training methodologies, including hands-on demonstrations, simulations, and e-learning tools.
- Ability to analyze performance data and develop actionable improvement plans.
- Willingness to travel within Bali (e.g., Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar) as required for on-site training and assessments.
