Responsibility
- Provide Level 3 technical support for enterprise AVVC platforms, including Zoom, Cisco Webex, and Microsoft Teams, resolving complex voice and video network issues.
- Design, configure, and optimize VoIP, SIP, and H.323 protocols to ensure high-quality, low-latency communication.
- Monitor and troubleshoot QOS (Quality of Service) for voice and video traffic, ensuring SLAs are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy, upgrade, and maintain unified communications infrastructure.
- Develop and implement network security policies to protect against vulnerabilities in voice and video systems.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and propose long-term solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices for AVVC platforms.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in voice networking, cloud-based collaboration, and SD-WAN technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in voice network engineering, with a focus on enterprise AVVC platforms (Zoom, Cisco, Microsoft Teams).
- In-depth knowledge of VoIP protocols (SIP, H.323, RTP) and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
- Certifications such as CCNP Collaboration, CCVP, or Zoom Certified Engineer are highly preferred.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting complex network issues using tools like Wireshark, SolarWinds, or Cisco Prime.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based collaboration solutions and hybrid network architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with minimal supervision.
