Responsibility
- Review and evaluate AI-generated video interview responses for accuracy, relevance, and quality
- Provide detailed feedback and scoring based on predefined evaluation criteria
- Identify patterns and trends in AI performance to recommend system improvements
- Collaborate with US-based teams during PHT/EST overlapping hours
- Document and report technical issues or inconsistencies in the AI interview platform
- Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent evaluation standards
- Contribute to the development of quality assurance protocols and best practices
- Stay updated with advancements in AI recruitment technologies and methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance, recruitment, or AI evaluation roles
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in recruitment is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for evaluation and reporting
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate US team collaboration
