As a Senior Embedded Systems Engineer, you will design, develop, and optimize embedded software and hardware solutions that power next-generation systems. Your expertise will contribute to innovations in real-time operating systems (RTOS), firmware development, and low-level programming for applications in aerospace, defense, and cybersecurity.

Responsibility
- Design, develop, and test real-time embedded software for mission-critical systems using C/C++ and RTOS (e.g., FreeRTOS, VxWorks).
- Optimize firmware for low-power, high-performance embedded platforms, ensuring reliability and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware and software components for aerospace and defense applications.
- Debug and resolve complex issues in embedded systems using tools like JTAG, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.
- Develop and maintain device drivers, BSPs (Board Support Packages), and HAL (Hardware Abstraction Layers).
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., DO-178C, MISRA C) and cybersecurity best practices.
- Participate in full SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle), from requirements analysis to deployment and maintenance.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in embedded systems development, preferably in aerospace, defense, or industrial IoT.
- Proficiency in C/C++ and experience with RTOS, bare-metal programming, and microcontroller architectures (ARM, FPGA, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with debugging tools (JTAG, GDB) and hardware-software integration.
- Familiarity with communication protocols (CAN, SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet) and embedded Linux.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles for embedded systems (e.g., secure boot, encryption).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to collaborate in a global team.
