Responsibility
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Gather, interpret, and present data to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in the implementation of new systems, tools, or processes to streamline operations.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and recommend adjustments as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or business intelligence platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and business process improvement.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and agile frameworks is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
