Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end IT operations, including infrastructure, networks, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, risk assessments, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including ERP/CRM integrations and automation workflows.
- Monitor and optimize business systems performance, ensuring 99.9% uptime and scalability.
- Lead IT vendor management, budgeting, and cost optimization for hardware/software procurements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT strategies with business goals.
- Conduct regular IT audits, disaster recovery planning, and employee cybersecurity training.
- Stay ahead of emerging tech trends (AI, blockchain, IoT) to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; certifications (CISM, CISSP, PMP) are a plus.
- 5+ years in IT leadership roles, with proven experience in cybersecurity and digital transformation.
- Hands-on expertise with enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) and cloud platforms.
- Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT) and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage IT crises under pressure.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Experience in hybrid/remote team management and agile methodologies.
