Responsibility
- Design and implement operational intelligence frameworks to support large-scale survey operations, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance data accuracy.
- Develop automated reporting tools and dashboards to provide real-time insights for stakeholders.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of survey operations, from data collection to final delivery, ensuring timeliness and quality.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable recommendations to drive operational improvements.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices for data analysis and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance operational frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations analysis, data analytics, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proficient in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to create interactive dashboards.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and their application in operational decision-making.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is a plus.
