Responsibility
- Act as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries and issues within the organization.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of IT problems.
- Manage and maintain IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and other IT assets.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT policies, procedures, and security protocols.
- Support the deployment and configuration of new IT systems and applications.
- Monitor IT systems performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and security.
- Train and educate staff on the use of new technologies and IT best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an IT support or coordination role.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with IT security protocols and best practices.
- Experience with IT inventory management and asset tracking.
- Certifications in IT support or related areas are a plus.
