Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for AI, Generative AI, and data projects, from requirements gathering to solution deployment.
- Define and document business processes, use cases, and user stories to guide AI/ML model development and data pipeline design.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable ROI.
- Identify opportunities for automation, predictive analytics, and AI-driven insights to optimize operations and customer experiences.
- Develop and maintain data governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and ethical AI practices.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI/data initiatives, iterating based on KPIs and feedback.
- Mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 3 years in AI/data projects.
- Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, process modeling (BPMN), and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data architectures, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Generative AI tools (LLMs, prompt engineering) and ethical AI frameworks is a plus.
- Certifications in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or AI/ML (e.g., TensorFlow, AWS AI) are highly desirable.
