Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Blue Prism to automate business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize workflows.
- Conduct process analysis and document requirements for RPA implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing RPA workflows.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in automation projects.
- Provide training and support to end-users on RPA tools and processes.
- Monitor and maintain RPA bots to ensure optimal performance.
- Stay updated with the latest RPA trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience as an RPA Developer with expertise in Blue Prism.
- Strong understanding of process automation, workflow design, and scripting.
- Experience with SQL, .NET, or other programming languages is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in a remote or hybrid work setup is advantageous.
