Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end design projects across multiple channels, ensuring brand consistency and compliance with global standards
- Develop and maintain scalable brand systems that adapt to evolving business needs and market trends
- Create data-ready design assets optimized for performance across digital and print media
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and UX teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering professional growth and maintaining high design standards
- Conduct brand audits and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for visual differentiation
- Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine visual approaches
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance our brand's visual impact
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in brand design, visual strategy, or related creative roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand systems
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and modern design tools (Figma, Sketch)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and creative problem-solving in brand design
- Experience working with global brands or in international team environments
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is a plus
