Responsibility
- Develop and maintain BIM models for water infrastructure projects using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings, including plans, sections, and elevations for water treatment and distribution systems.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure models and drawings adhere to project specifications and regulatory standards.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues between disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP).
- Generate and update as-built drawings and documentation for project handover.
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and software advancements to enhance modelling efficiency.
- Support project teams in meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM modelling and drafting, preferably in water or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks; experience with Civil 3D is a plus.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards (ISO 19650) and industry best practices.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards is advantageous.
