Responsibility
- Develop and maintain BIM models for multi-discipline coordination, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate BIM workflows and resolve design conflicts.
- Validate and audit BIM models to ensure they meet project requirements and industry best practices.
- Generate and manage BIM documentation, including drawings, reports, and clash detection analyses.
- Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and methodologies.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to implement BIM execution plans and ensure timely project delivery.
- Stay updated with emerging BIM technologies and trends to enhance organizational capabilities.
- Assist in the development of BIM standards and protocols for the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BIM Analyst or similar role, with a strong portfolio of BIM projects.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and coordination processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is a plus.
