Responsibility
- Develop and refine architectural and interior design plans for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of all project documentation, including blueprints, specifications, and material selections.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to align design vision with structural and functional requirements.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design standards.
- Create 3D renderings and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Provide expert guidance on space planning, lighting, and material selection to enhance aesthetic and functional outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design or interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts to clients and teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.
- Experience working in Bali or with international clients is a plus.
