Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, ensuring their needs are met with discretion, professionalism, and warmth.
  • Coordinate and execute bespoke guest experiences, including private events, excursions, and personalized services.
  • Collaborate with resort departments (e.g., concierge, F&B, housekeeping) to deliver seamless, high-touch service.
  • Maintain detailed guest profiles to anticipate preferences and tailor experiences accordingly.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with diplomacy and efficiency, resolving issues to the highest standard.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of VIP events, ensuring flawless execution and guest delight.
  • Uphold the brand’s luxury standards in all interactions, representing Resorts World Sentosa with integrity and excellence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a VIP host, concierge, or guest relations role within luxury hospitality (e.g., 5-star hotels, resorts, or private clubs).
  • Proven track record of managing high-profile guest relationships with professionalism and tact.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Russian) is a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Diplomatic, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are paramount; experience handling sensitive information is essential.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by guest needs.
  • Professional demeanor, polished appearance, and a commitment to delivering service excellence.
