Responsibility
- Assist servers and bartenders by promptly delivering food and beverages to guests.
- Ensure tables are set up, cleaned, and reset efficiently for a seamless dining experience.
- Support the team in maintaining a well-stocked and organized service station.
- Provide friendly and attentive service, anticipating guest needs with a proactive approach.
- Assist in wine service, including opening bottles and ensuring proper presentation.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain smooth operations during peak hours.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all dining and service areas.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
- Basic knowledge of wine service and food presentation is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
