Responsibility
- Product Roadmap Leadership: Co-develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap for the Corporate Domain, ensuring alignment with SGX’s business objectives, market demands, and regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders, engineers, and regulatory teams to define priorities, resolve dependencies, and ensure seamless product delivery.
- Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance to development teams, translating business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
- Agile Execution: Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives, to drive iterative improvements.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all product features adhere to financial regulations, risk management standards, and internal governance policies.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for innovation in corporate financial products.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Synchronize product development with other SGX domains (e.g., Trading, Clearing, Data) to ensure interoperability and consistency.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs (e.g., adoption rates, system uptime, user satisfaction) to measure product success and drive data-informed decisions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Technical Leadership, with at least 5 years in financial services or fintech.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale product initiatives from conception to launch, preferably in exchanges, banking, or corporate financial systems.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks, with experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master in a technical environment.
- Strong technical acumen in APIs, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and financial data systems (e.g., trading engines, settlement systems).
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives, engineers, and regulators.
- Familiarity with financial regulations (e.g., MAS, SEC, MiFID II) and their impact on product development.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
