Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze data needs, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of insights.
- Optimize and enhance existing data models and reports for improved performance and usability.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust data validation and cleansing processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Power BI and data visualization technologies.
- Work closely with IT and business teams to integrate Power BI solutions with other enterprise systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of dashboards and reports.
- Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience with SQL and database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik) is a plus.
- Certification in Power BI or related technologies is highly desirable.
