Responsibility
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Monitor and respond to IT support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain security protocols and data backup procedures.
- Conduct regular system checks and updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Train and assist employees in using new software and hardware effectively.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and procedures for future reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and office productivity software.
- Familiarity with network configurations, security protocols, and data backup solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users of varying technical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or similar are a plus.
