Responsibility
- Drive sales of Purefoods and Magnolia products to retail stores, hotels, restaurants, and cafes across assigned territories in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung).
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively prospecting for new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular van deliveries, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, timely product replenishment, and excellent customer service.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide product demonstrations, promotions, and merchandising support to enhance brand visibility and sales performance.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, inventory updates, and customer feedback to the sales management team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local promotions and campaigns that drive sales and brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in van sales, field sales, or retail sales, preferably in the food and beverage or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and territory management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a delivery van safely and efficiently.
- Basic proficiency in using sales software, inventory management tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
