Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain store appearance, including merchandising, stocking, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking and conducting regular stock checks.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and courteously.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
- Support store operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
Qualifications
