Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including staff management, inventory control, and sales performance.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any customer inquiries or complaints promptly.
- Train, mentor, and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategies to boost revenue.
- Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
- Manage stock levels, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager or similar role in retail or food & beverage.
- Proven experience in food & beverage management and customer service.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
