As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the face of our company, building strong relationships with retailers and consumers while executing strategic merchandising initiatives. Based in Bali’s most dynamic areas—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll work in a fast-paced, rewarding environment with opportunities for growth. Responsibility
- Represent the brand professionally at retail locations, events, and promotions to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
- Execute merchandising strategies, including product placement, shelf stocking, and visual displays to maximize sales and brand visibility.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor product availability, pricing, and compliance with brand standards.
- Collaborate with retail partners to implement promotional campaigns, sampling activities, and in-store demonstrations.
- Gather market insights and customer feedback to report back to the marketing and sales teams for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of merchandising activities, inventory levels, and sales performance.
- Train retail staff on product features, benefits, and sales techniques to enhance their ability to promote our brand.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive brand experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Brand Ambassador, Merchandiser, or in a similar retail/sales role (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and retail partners.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with merchandising principles, visual marketing, and in-store promotions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to team goals.
- Flexibility to travel within assigned areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) and work weekends or holidays as needed.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales tracking tools is a plus.
