Responsibility
- Monitor and manage stock levels across retail outlets to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies with sales and purchase records.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely restocking and delivery of products.
- Implement and maintain an organized stock storage system for efficient retrieval and space utilization.
- Generate and analyze stock reports to identify trends, slow-moving items, and reorder points.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align stock availability with promotional campaigns and seasonal demand.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health/safety standards in stock handling and storage.
- Train and supervise outlet staff on stock management best practices and inventory software usage.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, retail operations, or a related field.
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Excel, or retail-specific tools).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and stock reconciliation.
- Basic understanding of supply chain logistics and procurement processes.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed.
