As part of our team, you will receive monthly customer data to visit, be registered on our My Vista application for seamless tracking, and conduct on-site visits to verify and collect payments. Responsibility
- Conduct regular field visits to assigned customers in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) to ensure timely collections.
- Register and update customer visit data in the My Vista application for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Verify customer details, payment statuses, and outstanding balances during on-site visits.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Submit daily or weekly reports on collection activities, challenges, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the internal team to update customer records and ensure data accuracy.
- Follow company policies and procedures for ethical and compliant collection practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve collection efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Proven experience in field collections, sales, or customer service roles (preferably in retail or consumer products).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Familiarity with mobile applications for data entry and tracking (training on My Vista will be provided).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet targets.
- Ownership of a motorcycle and a valid driver’s license (required for field mobility).
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
