Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the General Trade sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts in Bali.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and promotional compliance.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide training and support to retail staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement in-store promotions and campaigns.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and resolution of any customer concerns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or pet food industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a General Trade environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and surrounding areas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
