Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selections and pet care advice.
- Maintain store cleanliness, including pet habitats, shelves, and display areas.
- Feed, water, and monitor the health of in-store pets, ensuring their well-being.
- Process sales transactions, handle cash, and operate the point-of-sale system.
- Stock and organize merchandise, ensuring products are well-presented and easily accessible.
- Educate customers on pet nutrition, grooming, and general care.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking and tracking product levels.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and engaging store environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or pet care experience is a plus.
- Genuine love for animals and a strong desire to work in a pet-focused environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
