Responsibility
- Provide personalized customer service, greeting and assisting clients in selecting teakwood furniture, kitchenware, and home décor items.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, including materials, craftsmanship, and care instructions, to help customers make informed decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems, including handling payments, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized store layout, restocking merchandise and ensuring displays align with brand standards.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to prepare for promotions, seasonal displays, and inventory management.
- Stay updated on trends in home décor and furniture design to provide relevant recommendations to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (preferably in home goods or luxury products).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Passion for interior design, home décor, or furniture with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and inventory management tools.
- Fluent in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
