Responsibility
- Assist customers in selecting eyewear that suits their style, prescription needs, and budget.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Conduct basic eye pre-screenings and assist with frame adjustments and fittings.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, including stocking, organizing, and displaying eyewear products.
- Process sales transactions, handle payments, and manage returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Educate customers on lens options, coatings, and eye care best practices.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain store presentation standards.
- Stay updated on the latest eyewear trends, brands, and technologies to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in eyewear or fashion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic knowledge of eyewear products, lens types, and frame styles is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
