Responsibility
- Lead and manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly targets through effective team leadership.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of store presentation.
- Recruit, train, and develop store staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and optimize product displays.
- Implement promotional strategies and in-store marketing initiatives to boost sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
- Analyze sales reports and provide insights to improve store performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with inventory management and retail operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
