Responsibility
- Develop and maintain Power BI Dashboards to provide real-time financial insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare and analyze budget reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Validate financial data and identify discrepancies, proposing corrective actions as needed.
- Deliver training and coaching to operational teams on budget management, financial reporting, and data analysis tools.
- Provide technical support to cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration of financial processes.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and improve budgeting processes.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, highlighting variances and recommending adjustments.
- Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for stakeholders and leadership teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or retail finance.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training and collaboration.
- Experience in the retail or consumer goods industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
