Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Supervise and coordinate daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and sales reporting.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting stock checks, replenishing shelves, and managing product displays.
- Train and mentor junior staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and company policies.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met, creating attractive and organized displays to drive sales.
- Handle customer complaints and returns professionally, resolving issues to maintain satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Stay updated on new products, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed advice to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and motivate staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and retail software is a plus.
- Excellent product knowledge in health, beauty, or cosmetics (or willingness to learn).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or business certifications are advantageous.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong asset.
