Responsibility
- Provide personalized, high-touch customer service to clients in-store and online, ensuring a seamless brand experience.
- Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding monthly targets through consultative selling techniques.
- Represent the Maaez brand with professionalism and passion, embodying its values in every interaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to offer expert advice to customers.
- Collaborate with the retail team to execute visual merchandising and maintain store standards.
- Leverage digital tools and social platforms to engage customers and expand brand reach.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with diplomacy and efficiency.
- Participate in training programs and team meetings to continuously improve skills and performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, luxury goods, or customer service roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about high-end retail offerings.
- Passion for fashion, luxury brands, or customer experience with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
