Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to uphold brand standards and product knowledge.
- Create visually appealing merchandise displays to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely restocking of best-selling items.
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role, preferably in home décor or luxury retail.
- Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and drive results in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple priorities.
- Passion for home décor, design trends, and product styling.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
