Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Assist customers in selecting art and craft supplies, offering expert advice and recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain store appearance by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are neatly presented.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking, merchandising, and seasonal promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store objectives.
- Stay updated on new products, trends, and techniques in the art and craft industry.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role (preferably in art/craft stores).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.
- Basic knowledge of art supplies, craft materials, or creative hobbies is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to meet store needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in art/design is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a bonus.
