Responsibility
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and providing accurate information to customers.
- Manage inventory, including stocking, organizing, and restocking pharmacy products.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems and handle cash/card payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering product recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment in line with company standards.
- Promote health and wellness products, including vitamins, supplements, and over-the-counter medications.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as record-keeping, data entry, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail, pharmacy, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products, health supplements, or retail operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
