Responsibility
- Conduct regular store visits to retail outlets, restaurants, and hotels in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for wine products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality and retail sectors.
- Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
- Follow up on payments and collections to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Provide product knowledge training and promotional support to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in F&B, wine, or retail.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with Bali’s market (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) is a plus.
- Own motorcycle and valid driver’s license (required for mobility).
- Basic knowledge of wine products or willingness to learn.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset.
