Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with inquiries about mobile phones, accessories, and related products.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing counter display to attract customers and boost sales.
- Educate customers on product features, promotions, and after-sales services (e.g., warranties, repairs).
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and report low stock to the management team.
- Handle customer complaints or returns professionally, ensuring resolution in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily/weekly sales targets and participate in promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated on the latest mobile technology trends and product launches to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Basic knowledge of mobile phones, accessories, and consumer electronics (training provided).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Attention to detail in handling cash, inventory, and customer requests.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and POS systems.
